Step One
Initial Consultation
Contact us from one of the four methods below. After you retain our services, you can sit back and relax knowing we will take care of the rest. We have been proudly attending all court appearances on behalf of our clients since 1999.
Step Two
Reviewing Full Disclosure
Once you have retained our services, we order evidence, review the evidence with you and finally canvas a resolution with the crown prosecutor with respect to your case.
Our rate of success speaks to the procedures we have in place to ensure we provide our clients with the best defense.
Step Three
Decision Time
Once a resolution is in place, it will be presented to you. You will then decide if it is an acceptable resolution or if you want to proceed to trial. Demerit Defense will obtain 3 or more months to pay the respective fine(s) to the court.
